Celebrating Christmas with Westwood Cross

We’ve been busy working away on lots more exciting Christmas content for our clients all over the UK, including this work for the brilliant Westwood Cross shopping centre. 

Our editorial and design teams worked with the centre to promote several Christmas campaigns, events and competitions they were running this year. 

Our aim was to encourage guests to visit and take part in the different festive activities, so we created a selection of print and digital artwork that would advertise the Christmas selfie competition, a community project and the fantastic Westwood Wonderland. 

Through printed assets and online editorial content, we asked guests to snap creative selfies with Westwood Cross’s beautifully lit Christmas installations, and share them on social media using the hashtag #WXmas21. The festive competition encouraged more shoppers to take a trip to the centre, and to interact with and share their own content with their followers. 

We often help our clients to promote any charity work or community projects they’re organising. To give back to people in the local area who are experiencing financial pressure this Christmas, Westwood Cross partnered with East Kent Mind to raise money. The team installed a giant sock which guests could tap with their contactless card to donate and the funds were then distributed between local organisations. 

Our fantastic graphic designers created fun, festive visuals to promote the Christmas Giving campaign around the centre and show just how easy it is for guests to donate and make a difference in their community.

We also produced lots of promotional banners and website content to advertise the seasonal fun taking place at Westwood Wonderland, including the Christmas market and carousel. 

Our creative team designed snow globe style illustrations for use in print and on social media, to advertise the magical Christmastime shoppers can discover at Westwood Cross. We highlighted the unique gifts and fantastic foodie treats that would be available, to make sure stopping by Westwood Cross was a firm part of the community’s Christmas plans.
