Wimbledon artwork for events stands and digital

Many of the shopping centres we work for show Wimbledon on big screens in their central, public spaces, offering free entertainment for guests. To put this event on, Westgate Oxford needed visuals and copywriting to shout about its Wimbledon activation – customers were able to take a break from shopping and sit down on deckchairs in front of a cinema screen to watch the action. The Content Emporium developed an artwork concept that was inspired by the Pimm’s stand that popped up in the events space.

Game, set, watch

Pimm’s and strawberries & cream were served to guests as they watched the matches and followed their favourite players. Our design was fully in-keeping with the event’s plan, creating a consistent look and feel. Our graphic designers adapted the concept to look great on small phone screens and on large signage.

The Content Emporium is known for its expertise in digital advertising, but did you know that we also design posters, deckchair canvases and do large-scale work, including making a Wimbledon wrap for the big screens themselves?

The Content Emporium ran a Wimbledon competition where the prize was gift cards from retail brands. The competition was set up on web, allowing people to opt-in to receive newsletters, thereby increasing the database and reaching a wider audience.
