SW18 Christmas Post

The Content Emporium created a festive, tabloid-size newspaper for Southside shopping centre and Wandsworth Town. The brief was to deliver two versions of the newspaper – one with a cover wrap to highlight an upcoming Christmas charity event and the other without the wrap to focus on promoting all the wonderful festive experiences to be had.

The client wanted that newspaper feel and opted for a light-weight 55gsm paper. Our graphic designers looked at other newspapers for inspiration and opted for a clear format and image-led pages. The cover wrap was designed like a separate advert, with wrapping paper for a fun element on the back.

Wandsworth Town Business Improvement District were keen to be involved and two double-page spreads were dedicated to shopping locally and community events.

In total 35,000 copies were distributed locally in Wandsworth.
